1. Yes — you can book home sample collection. Our trained phlebotomists will visit your location to collect the sample.

For tests which require fasting, sample collection is ideally done between 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. For non-fasting tests, the collection can be done until about 7:00 PM, subject to availability.

We aim to deliver reports on time. Typically, once the sample collection is complete and it reaches the lab, you can expect your reports in 24–48 hours, subject to the particular test and logistics.

Same-day blood collection is possible depending on the availability of our phlebotomists in your area. Please check when booking.

If any booked test is cancelled from our end – due to technical or pre-analytical issues – you will be informed via SMS or email. You will be offered a recollection or a refund (or partial refund if some tests were already processed).

Yes. For fasting tests, you should avoid eating and drinking (other than plain water) for 10-12 hours before collection. For non-fasting tests, this restriction usually does not apply.
